I buy it because I am a Sony Fans for a long time, budget and Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-HX5V become one of the bestselling point and shoot camera at amazon. This camera is well design and producing excellent pictures quality.

The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-HX5V panoramic shot are excellent although the low light is not better than D-SLR camera but it's still be better than other rivals. The DSC-HX5V designed for practicality, it's has metal body but still light for it's size.

The Sony panorama and 1080i HD video features work well, the AVCD 1080i video quality is the same as camcorder, in fact i can choose between high quality video (AVCHD) or MP4 formats. The Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-HX5V 10x optical zoom lens makes the underexposed pictures look more better. The GPS feature work very fast and accurate, but it's make the battery drain very quickly.

For the price Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-HX5V is great for me (i get 46% discount amazon)that's all my review.
